These packs contain mixed music, music stems, and vocal samples that are royalty-free and can be utilized in both personal and commercial projects once purchased. By accessing and using BlockbusterSound, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Music Packs

  1. Usage: Music provided in our packs can be used in personal and commercial projects.
  2. Restrictions:
    • You are prohibited from reselling any music or stems included in our packs.
    • Claiming authorship of the music or stems is strictly forbidden.
    • Sharing, reselling, or storing the music or stems on a public server or torrent site is strictly prohibited.
  3. Content ID: You must disable Content ID for YouTube without exception. Using Content ID with our music will lead to a violation of YouTube’s terms and conditions. Ensure Content ID is disabled when using distribution providers to avoid legal issues.


Vocal Packs

  1. Creative Productions: The samples may be used in your own creative productions, including but not limited to motion pictures, television productions, computer and video games, theater productions, radio plays, websites, and any similar creative endeavors.
  2. License Agreement Exclusions: This license agreement excludes any isolated and/or independent use of the samples.
  3. Rights: BlockbusterSound licenses the use of the samples and retains full rights concerning the samples.
  4. Prohibitions:
    • Using these samples for sharing, reselling, or storing on a public server or torrent site is strictly prohibited.
    • Modifying these samples for resale or repackaging them in whole or in part as sample libraries, audio samples, digital instrument patches, or any other product is strictly prohibited.
  5. Authorship: You are not allowed to claim authorship of the vocal samples.
  6. Content ID: When using these samples in your music productions, you must disable Content ID for YouTube without exception. Using Content ID with our samples will lead to a violation of YouTube’s terms and conditions. Ensure Content ID is disabled when using distribution providers to avoid legal issues.
